Only three blocks walking distance from Lake Michigan beach and a short walk to running and biking paths along Lake Michigan, The Flats is in a prime location for any getaway.

The Flats is literally a few steps away from the Loyola “El” Red Line station and a short train ride to Wrigley Field, the “Magnificent Mile” and everything that downtown Chicago has to offer.  The CTA 147 bus stop is also located across the street from The Flats and runs express down Lake Shore Drive, making several stops along Michigan Avenue.
