Check-In & Checkout

The Flats has contactless check-in and checkout. Information on how to check-in/out is communicated to each guest personally after booking details are communicated.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols

All high-touch surfaces in the hallways; including door handles, elevator buttons/railings, are frequently sanitized. Rooms are cleaned after each use using CDC-approved products and special care is taken to make sure all door knobs, buttons and countertops are wiped down with disinfectant.

Staff

Our staff are fully vaccinated. We ask that all guests please wear a mask (regardless of vaccination status) when entering and exiting the building and in the hallways. We are additionally following protocol and guidelines from the CDC, State of Illinois, and hospitality industry as part of our decision making framework.
