Major/Minor: Katie is a Political Science major with a Marketing minor.
Year: Katie is a Junior graduating in the class of 2025.
Hometown: Katie is from Austin, Texas.
Hobbies: Katie loves exploring the city, baking, and antique shopping when she is not in school or working.
Post-Grad aspirations: Katie hopes to work for a non-profit advocating for legislation change to address issues like healthcare and homelessness.
What I like about The Flats: “The experience! I really enjoy the unique aspects of my job, from customer service to room design, The Flats allows me to do so many different things. Running a small business and managing a team has made me a better problem solver, student, and leader.”

Major/Minor: Alexandra is a Communications Studies major with Chinese and Women’s and Gender Studies double minor.
Year: Alexandra is a senior graduating in the class of 2024.
Hometown: Alexandra is from Wayzata, Minnesota.
Hobbies: Alexandra enjoys singing, going to the gym, traveling, and theatre in her free time.
Post-grad aspirations: Alexandra hope to work in communications or operations in Chicago, Florida or Minnesota.
What I like about The Flats: “I love the freedom I have to make changes for efficiency while working with a collaborative team to brainstorm!”

Major/Minor: Izabella is a Psychology and Communications Studies double major.
Year: Izabella is a junior graduating in the class of 2025.
Hometown: Izabella is from Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Hobbies: Izabella enjoys singing, traveling, baking, spending time with friends and family, exploring the city and shopping in her free time.
Post-grad aspirations: Izabella hopes to extended her education to become a mental health professional working with teens and college students.
What I like about The Flats: “I love how creative and hands on I get to be. I enjoy working with everybody on this team and love to watch us make improvements to an already thriving business.”

Major/Minor: Rianne is a Marketing major with a minor in Public Relations.
Year: Rianne is a sophomore graduating in 2026.
Hometown: Rianne is from Arcadia, California.
Hobbies: Rianne enjoys dancing, baking, and trying new foods!
Post-grad aspirations: Rianne inspires to do brand marketing in the fashion and beauty industry. She wants to help clients promote new products and create public relations events to boost sales and social media engagement.
What I like about The Flats: “I love working for The Flats because it gives me the opportunity to work with other students on campus. I also love that it gives me the experience to know what its like to run your own business.”

Major/Minor: Danielle is a Marketing major with a theater minor.
Year: Danielle is a sophomore graduating in 2026.
Hometown: Danielle is from Kansas City, Missouri.
Hobbies: Danielle enjoys dancing, singing, acting, and writing.
Post-grad aspirations: Danielle hopes to one day become a CEO in corporate Chicago.
What I like about The Flats: “I love to be a part of the managing team of a real business that makes real time decisions.”
